Board of Directors

The Middlebury Ski & Snowboard Club board of directors is made up of community members, snow sports enthusiasts, coaches, and club parents. The board members are volunteers and the club is happy to accept nominations for new members. Members must be willing to attend monthly online meetings and pitch in to make snow sport opportunities happen for our local youth through fundraising, community events, and club recruitment.

2025-2026 MSSC Board Members

Executive Committee

Sean Gryzb, MSSC Vice President

Sean is an MSSC parent of two and as Ski Patrol Director, is part of the Snowbowl managment team.

Jen Nuceder, MSSC Treasurer

Jen Nuceder joined the Middlebury Ski and Snowboard Club board in 2023 and has served as the Treasurer since the fall of 2024. Although not a racer, Jen has been an avid skier since first putting on skis at 5 years old. That love of skiing led to college experiences in Montana and Vermont, the latter of which ultimately became her home when she was lucky enough to marry a future assistant manager of the Middlebury College Snow Bowl. Most winter weekends, vacations, and some weekdays were spent enjoying all the SnowBowl has to offer with her children Luke and Levi. Both Luke and Levi joined the Middlebury Ski Club when they outgrew mom, and Luke has been an instructor for the past several years.

Wylie Cate, MSSC Secretary

Wylie Cate serves as the Board Secretary for the Middlebury Ski and Snowboard Club, bringing both her lifelong love of skiing and her passion for supporting young people in our community. Wylie is the mother of two ski racers and wife of Coach Morgan, making skiing a true family affair! Beyond the slopes Wylie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Middlebury.
